RERA Compliances

Increasing complaints against builders, promoters, and real estate brokers led to the creation of the Real Estate Regulatory and Authority (RERA) Act in March 2016. The main goal of RERA, a government organisation, is to protect the interests of buyers while paving the way for developers and real estate agents to offer quality services. We believe that the nationwide implementation of RERA is a very pro-industry and pro-consumer effort that, if carried out in word and spirit, would bring transparency and constructive change to the nation’s real estate market.
